Some craft projects are made to sit on a shelf. The WalkieBot – Build a Walking Robot STEM Kit gives you something a little more active: a robot you assemble yourself and then watch walk.
HobbyHarborCo carries the WalkieBot as part of its collection of craft kits and do-it-yourself projects. Made for beginners, students, classrooms, science fairs, and family activities, it offers a hands-on way to explore basic robotics without needing previous experience.
Build It, Then Watch It Move
Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) can sound complicated when the ideas stay inside a textbook. WalkieBot brings several of those concepts onto the craft table through a project you can build, handle, and operate.
